Terms of Service

1. Terms

By accessing Spables (spables.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Service Description

Spables ("Speech to Tables") is a service provided by Coflnet GmbH that converts spoken words into structured tabular data. The service includes a mobile application, web API, and integrations with third-party spreadsheet applications.

3. Accounts and Plans

Spables offers the following plans:

  • Free ("No Charge"): Free to use. By using this plan, you grant Coflnet GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your anonymized recordings and transcriptions for AI model training and improvement.
  • Pro (€4.99/month): Up to 200 entries per month. No AI training usage of your data.
  • Premium (€9.99/month): Up to 1,000 entries per month. No AI training usage of your data.
  • Enterprise: On-premise deployment and custom integrations. Contact sales@spables.app.

4. Data Processing

All data processing takes place on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany). For details on how we collect, process, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Spables service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and your selected plan. Under this license you may not: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service; use the service to transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content; resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create through Spables (transcriptions, table entries), with the exception described in Section 3 for the Free plan regarding anonymized AI training data. You are responsible for the content of your recordings.

7. Disclaimer

The Spables service is provided "as is." Coflnet GmbH makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Transcription accuracy may vary and should be reviewed by the user.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Coflnet GmbH be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Spables service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption. Monthly entry limits apply per plan.

9. Subscription and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Coflnet GmbH reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

10. Modifications

Coflnet GmbH may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use Spables, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Landshut, Germany.
